We've submitted for a comprehensive plan change to mixed use to in preparation for the creation of a PRO Zone under city
ordinance 926. Plans calls for multi -level multi -use buildings to include retail at approximately 55,000 square feet office at 30,000
square feet_ 25 loft apartments and a 30 — 50 room lodge /hotel and conference center. Parking structures either above ground or
below ground are being contemplated

Streets: South Second between 11t and 2 nd West will require significant improvements and a potential change in the width of
the street to accommodate the project. Funding is s being sought through Urban Renewal for infrastructure improvements
Water: Capacity will likely become an issue with new development Once determined a plan and funding for same will be
Sewer: Same response as water issues
StormWater /Drainage: Same response as water issues.
