Yellowstone Hwy Rexburg, ID 83440 Re: Henrys Fork Plaza Water and Sewer System Design, Rexburg, Madison Co.; DEQ # 08 -01 -33 Dear Mr. Hancock, We have reviewed the design drawings and specifications for the proposed water and sewer systems. The design appears to meet State standards and is approved. Our approval is for the design. We will give final project approval after the project is constructed and the as- built drawings submitted for our records. This office must review any deviations from the approved design that might result in violations of Idaho Regulations before field installation. Please keep this office informed of the scheduling of all construction phases so that we can make spot inspections as necessary. Within 30 days after construction, a professional engineer registered in the State of Idaho must provide this office with as -built plans, or a letter of certification stating that the project was installed substantially according to the approved design. Please reference DEQ No. 08 -01 -33 when submitting the as -built plans. If you have any questions regarding this letter or if we can be of further assistance, please call me at (208) 528 -2650. Conference Room Attendees: Ted Hill, Randall Porter, Thaine Robinson, Guy Robertson and John Gregory and Rick Hancock representing Henry's Fork Plaza , Gary Leikness, Elaine McFerrin The intention of the Planning Commission was to stagger the front setbacks of this development, so that there is not a "row" effect. The applicants would like clarification on the building projections that can be in the required front yards. It was decided that the building locations need to be as stated in the approved Henry's Fork Plaza Master Plan , file #07 00596 Architectural projections can extend into the required front yard to within three feet of the sidewalk and are limited to being cantilevered.
