A decorative masonry wall, at least six (6) feet in height shall be erected along all property lines which lie adjacent to a residential zone. This can be modified if the adjacent property owners agree on an alternative material and then this mutually agreed upon fencing material is proposed and approved by the Planning Commission. 10. This Conditional Use Permit has been modified to reflect this motion from the October 2, 2008 P &Z meeting as follows: "David Stein motioned to modify the Conditional Use Permit for the storage units at 322 W. 4th S., to specify that the 35 -foot seback for the gate, where it currently is located, is adequate for public safety, and that the City will fine the developers the maximum fine allowed by City Ordinance.
