We will be framing some interior non baring walls, installing dry wall, cabinets, and finishing carpentry. Note the attached plans showing the existing floor plan and the remodeling floor plan. The plumber has indicated that he will pull his own permit when he begins his part of the remodel. As owners we will be doing most of the work ourselves with the exception of the concrete cutting to enlarge basement windows, plumbing, and flooring installation.
