They are: A 69'X330'X165'X200'X96'X120' parcel in SE corner Block 27, a 120'X118'X18'X82'X102'X200' parcel in the NW 1 /4 SE 1 /4 Block 27 and a 60'X200' parcel behind Taylor's personal residence (situated between the two above mentioned properties) all in the Rexburg Town site. Acreage: <2 Number of Lots: 3 Nature of Request (Briefly explain the proposed use) It is proposed that subdivision of 9 "starter homes" will be built on the above - mentioned properties. Relevant Federal and State Statures, as well as Rexburg Regulations, Design Criteria, Zoning Codes, and other relevant local codes and policies should be reviewed and incorporated into future plans.
