This letter is in response to the request of Robert Lamoreaux for clarification
regarding development requirements, and allowances of the City of Rexburg
concerning the property located at 990 W. 7 S. Rexburg, Idaho 83440, also referred
to as "The Meadows ".
The zoning on the subject property is currently MDRI which allows for the
construction of up to 16 units per gross acre. The property is subject to the
development requirements of City Ordinance 4926, the City of Rexburg Development
Code and the City of Rexburg Subdivision Ordinance. There are no other known
zoning restrictions on the subject property.
The property has two accesses onto 7 South Street and it is my understanding that
these accesses meet the requirements of the fire district for proper access to the
property.
In order to accommodate the desires of the city planning office to create connectivity
to the adjoining neighborhoods, the developer of 990 W. 7 S. is willing to connect to
the Steiner property, which borders the north end of 990 W. 7 S., upon the
development of the Steiner property, and is also willing to record the attached
agreement.
This action adequately addresses the desires of the City pertaining to connectivity and
access. Development is required to be in compliance with whatever code and
ordinances are in force at the time of actual development.

In order to comply with the request of Rexburg City, the owners o£
1. The parcel of land located at 990 W. 7 S_ Rexburg ID 83440 (extending
northward), and,
2. The bordering property located at 417 S. 12 W. Rexburg ID 83440 (extending
eastward);
Mutually agree that upon development of both parcels there shall be a road which will
connect these properties of their shared property line.
Neither property owner /agent accepts any liability from any per other than themselves.
This agreement is for the sole intent of creating connectivity in the neighborhood as per
the request of Rexburg City.
The decision concerning the exact location of this road may be determined by the party
which develops the property at 417 S. 12" W. and will be established when said property
is platted for development.
