Historical use as a duplex and the former approval by the City of Rexburg for duplex use has been documented by the City and therefore you do not need to go through an additional application and public hearing process. This letter serves as an administratively issued conditional use permit with the following conditions: 1. That the use not create a nuisance for the neighbors as per the standard conditions for issuance of a CUP in the development code. 2. In addition, development of a single additional off street legal parking space will need to be developed before July 1S`, 2006. 1 would appreciate a call to my office as soon as this work is complete so I could check this item off the compliance follow-up checklist. A site plan showing the proposed location of this parking space should be submitted to the building department and approved before construction starts.
