The said property (389 Mariah Avenue) is located on the northeast corner of Mariah Avenue and Trejo Street in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 4 Block 3 of the Weststates Subdivision No. 1 to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed zone changes.
