Failure to~ompl ith tl~ terms m result in revocation of the Conditional Use Permit. of ~ ~ ~~ to NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, September 15, 2005, at 7:05 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a Conditional Use Permit for a Church in a Medium Density Residential Zone. The said property is located on the northeast corner of Stonebridge Street and East 7~' North in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 17, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, B.M., Madison County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 17 and proceeding thence N 00° OS' 55" W a distance of 50.00 feet to a point and thence S 89° 32' 14" W a distance of 318.62 feet to the true point of beginning.
