Facts of Finding
Final Plat for Henderson Addition #2
1. On July 14, 2005, Kurt Rowland presented to the Rexburg Planning & Zoning Secretary a Preliminary
Plat for Henderson Subdivision, Addition #2.
2. On July 21, 2005, Kurt Rowland presented to the Rexburg Planning & Zoning Commission the Request
for approval of the Preliminary Plat for Henderson Subdivision, Addition #2. Mr. Rowland explained
that they know they have to put a park in if it is over 100 lots or more. They plan to implement that part
in Addition #3. Commissioners had no concerns about the Preliminary Plat. Mary Ann Mounts
motioned to recommend to City Council approval of the Preliminary Plat. Randall Porter seconded the
motion. None opposed. Motion carried.
3. On August 5, 2005, Kurt Rowland presented to the Rexburg Planning & Zoning Secretary a Final Plat
for Henderson Subdivision, Addition #2.
4. On August 18, 2005, Kurt Rowland presented to the Rexburg Planning & Zoning Commission his
proposal for approval of the Final Plat for Henderson Subdivision, Addition #2. He reported that there
were no issues in the Preliminary process for Henderson #2. All of the lots in Division #1 had been sold
out now. Randall Porter moved to recommend to City Council approving the Final Plat for Henderson
Addition Division #2. Joe Liard seconded the motion.
