Ka Ci Clei-l~ Y~ tY ///~lpnri~i~ii~ ~- Published: August 02nd, 2005 August 13d', 2005 August 15, 2005 Planning And Zoning City of Rexburg Clerk Sir: I object to the proposal to Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 446 Comanche Drive in Rexburg for the following reasons: 1). Property is zoned LDRZ 2). Restrictive covenants of the Randall Addition specifically prohibit- rental units. 3}. Over built of rental units in Rexburg, there isn't a need nor a demand for additional rental units. 4). Rental unit located 100 feet from my property located at 316 Mohawk will adversely affect the value of my property. 5). Rental unit will become an eye sore, devaluing properties on the same and adjacent streets. Please deny the proposal. r-- 316
