I have revised the calculations for the increased dead load on the floors and found that all units in phase 2 can handle the increase in dead load with only a few minor changes in unit types A & B. All buildings that have a unit A & B will need to be revised per the attached plans. If you have any questions please call me at (360) 754 -9339. Sincerely, MC Squared, Inc. CDXQ( -C) Series Horizontal Recessed Ceiling Fan Coil 1 - 3 Tons Cooling Up to 49,300 BTUH HW Heat i e _I! b< K_ CDXQ Fan Coil (without enclosure) The space- saving CDXQ series fan coil is only 10" high (11" with enclosure), thus allowing it to recess in a ceiling. Recessed ceiling fan coils save valuable floor space and eliminate costly "equipment" closets. The CDXQ fan coil has a factory installed circulating pump with easy access hot water check valve. Piping the CDXQ fan coil to a properly sized gas -fired water heater provides space heating. Contact the factory for assistance with sizing. The CDXQ series is compatible with most split- system con- densing units and heat pumps. Contact the factory for correct matches with outdoor units. All CDXQ fan coils include a 120/24V transformer and are completely prewired. A sloped drain pan allows positive drainage of condensate. Optional Access Panel (non - louvered shown) Optional Insulated Enclosure Matching Access Panel for Enclosure (non - louvered shown) ( -C) model: for CDXQ fan coils factory installed within an en- closure, add " -C" after CDXQ. For example, ordering model 18CDXQ -C will include a CDXQ fan coil factory installed in a # 9ECDX01 enclosure and your choice of either a 966 or 966 -1 panel. Standard Features: • Factory installed service switch • Two speed fan operation • Single point power connection • HW coil with installed pump, check valve, and air purge valve • Drain pan has 3/4" NPT primary and secondary (overflow) fittings • 120V motor, 24V controls • Highly efficient copper tube /aluminum fin heating and cooling coils. Cooling coil has a piston -type metering device. Contact factory for correct match with outdoor unit. • Insulated and coated galvanized steel drain pan is sloped for proper drainage Optional Accessories: • Attractive off -white return air / access panel with captive screws (panels can be field painted) • Fully insulated enclosure with matching ceiling panel (enclosure can be pre - installed), (Also allows for ducted return air). • Expansion Valve kits. (R22 & R41 OA) • Condensate overflow switch • Enclosure "Cap" kit - for above the ceiling installation (contact factory) FIRST OPERATIONS, LP - P.O. Box 270969 - Dallas, Texas 75227 - Ph.
