Horner , being first duly .sworn, deposes and says: That he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting City Treasurer of the City of Rexburg, a municipal corporation of Madison County, Idaho..: .THAT, in accordance with Section 50-1745 I.C.A., he served or caused to be served a partly written and partly printed notice on the person or persons in actual possession or occupancy of the property described as follows, to-wit: THAT, in accordance with Section 50-1745 I.C.A., he caused to be posted a partly written and partly printed notice on the vacant property described as follows, to-wit: Lot 4 Block 1 Ricks-Wade Addition and also mailed said notice to the person in whose name said .property stood upon the tax records in the office of the County Assessor of Madison County, Idaho; notice was mailed to Richard B.
